The Fund’s investment objective is to increase the value of your investment over the long term, mainly through growth of capital. Investment policy The fund invests, directly or indirectly through funds, at least 70% of total net assets in equities of companies in the real estate industry, or closely related to this industry. These investments may be located anywhere in the world, including emerging markets. Specifically, these investments may include property-related collective investment vehicles, such as publicly quoted property unit trusts and eligible closed-end real estate investment trusts (REITs).
